Welcome! I’m Marissa, the heart behind Raising Roots Homeschool.
I’m a homeschooling mom with a passion for creating resources that make learning simple, joyful, and meaningful. When I first started teaching my own children at home, I realized how much time and energy it took to prepare activities from scratch. Like so many parents, I want the best for my kids—but I also need resources that are ready to use, engaging, and easy to fit into our busy days.
That’s why I started designing printable worksheets that do the heavy lifting for you. Each pack is thoughtfully made to help children build strong foundations in reading, math, and creativity—without hours of prep on your end.
Just like plants need strong roots to grow, I believe children need a solid and fun base in learning. Every printable I create is built to nurture that foundation, so kids can thrive while parents get to focus on the teaching—not the endless planning.
When I’m not designing new resources, you’ll find me with my kids on our little homestead, soaking up the everyday moments that inspire everything I create.
